I just updated my weighing process and I started a new page with the title "Kalorientabelle". For now I only presented fruits (Obst) but I am going to complete it from day to day. In case you miss any fruits let me know!
I am now meeting my friends in the city to go shopping, have lunch and afterwards I have a playdate at the gym ;-) Sounds motivating doesn't it!? :-)
