Thanks to my consequent diet yesterday I saw a 55 today again. I was sooo relieved :)
This morning I went to the gym before classes and already burned more than 650 cal. This time I had one pretzel and one cappuccino before the training. After the training I ate 12 g peanuts. Unfortunately my stomach is still not satisfied. But I'm gonna wait one more hour until I have a small soup. Yesterday I had a black bean soup from Amys Kitchen and it was so damn good and low in calories. I won't be able to eat it today however, since I'm in school. But I will ask my mom to get some more of it.
I just hope that I will end up at 55,0 at the end of the week and I would love to see a 54 next week!
Due to the reason that I'm in school right now I am afraid of posting thinspo. As to this, I will add some tonight.
For now I don't have a lot more to say ;-)
